THS Growth & Value Funds (THSGVF)
THS Growth & Value Funds (THSGVF) is incorporated and registered in England and Wales as an open ended investment company with variable capital. It is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority.
THSGVF is an “umbrella company” and can therefore have different sub-funds. At present it has two sub-funds: International Growth & Value Fund (“IGV Fund”) and European Growth & Value Fund (“EGV Fund”).
THS Partners is the investment advisor to THSGVF. The Authorised Corporate Director of the THSGVF is Taube Hodson Stonex Partners Unit Trust Management Company Limited, which is also authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority.
Dealing and Registration enquiries are handled by Northern Trust Global Services Ltd, the Administrators of THSGVF, who can be contacted by phone (0870 870 8433) or in writing at P.O. Box 3733, Royal Wootton Bassett, Swindon, SN4 4BG.
